Kataklysm’s 2013 studio album, ‘Waiting For The End To Come’, enjoyed worldwidesuccess. Around the globe, the band played to full houses and paved new inroadsinto Brazil, Japan and South Africa, where they played to their native fanbases for thevery first time. With the completion of their twelfth studio album, ‘Of Ghosts And Gods’, Kataklysmare prepared to unleash a tsunami of the best possible hurt among the masses.Album tracking was entrusted to longtime producer / Kataklysm guitarist J-FDagenais (Despised Icon, Malevolent Creation), Kataklysm frontman Maurizio Iaconorecorded his vocals with producer Mark Lewis (Cannibal Corpse, Devildriver) atAudiohammer Studios and album mixing was masterfully handled by legendaryproducer Andy Sneap (Megadeth, Amon Amarth, Testament).

‘Of Ghosts And Gods’ is a melodic slab of top notch brutality graced with intelligentsongwriting. As expected, Kataklysm’s famous body-slamming riffs and grooves neverfalter. Upcoming artist Surtsey (Occvlta Designs) designed sinister album artworkdepicting the reality of humanity’s beautifully disturbing existence and its impendingdeath.
